Walking into a small country store is like that warm feeling you get in a small country town where everyone smiles and says hello.

Old wood stove, work boots, penny candy, barbed wire and fence posts, fried apple pies and the coldest drinks in town….if you’ve been to one….you know. There’s nothing like the old Mom & Pop General stores. My grandparents owned one. My parents owned one too until they retired. Now…I’m on a search all across Tennessee, North Carolina and the South East to find the rest of these amazing gems before they are all gone.
